Every September, the Liam's Lighthouse Foundation and the histio communities around the world join together to raise awareness for histiocytosis. By working together we can spread awareness and educate others about histiocytosis.

This year we are sharing the stories of our Histio Heroes. Submit your story using the form below, we will be sharing them throughout the month of September. Keep an eye on our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter!

Our goal is to raise $10,000 or more during Histiocytosis Awareness Month to help with research and awareness initiatives. A donation of any size will have a direct impact on this rare disease community.

Histio Spotlight Submission

As a way to raise awareness during Histio Awareness Month, we are doing a spotlight of the Histio Heroes in our lives! Please share the story of your Histio Hero (with permission of the family) and we will share to our social media platforms.

Submissions accepted now through September 20th.

To reduce duplicate submissions, PLEASE verify with the family if you are NOT submitting for yourself, or the parent or guardian of the person with Histiocytosis.
