Where: Sand Springs Country Club Registration time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. 10 Club House Drive Cost: $85.00 per golfer. Includes: Drums, PA 18222 TSHIRT, green fees, cart, goodie bag, dinner (ITALIAN OPEN BUFFET) and prizes! *Beer is included both on the course and with dinner. (Limited to the first 120 golfers!) Three Levels of Hole Sponsors: Platinum ($250), Gold ($100), and Silver ($50) Silver sponsors will be listed on a large sponsor board at the dinner. Gold sponsors will be displayed on a designated hole throughout the course and the sponsor board. Platinum sponsors will be on the sponsor board, at a designated hole, and on www.liamslighthousefoundation.org with a direct link to their business website. We would like to honor your histio warrior or angel! Become a GOLD hole sponsor to have a hole dedicated to them and include an 8x10 photo of them with your sponsorship form and payment so that it may be displayed at the hole! The best part of the tourney is honoring them! |
